TICKET 02 (envio-laudo-resiliente-4g): RECEBE UM CHUNK DE UM ITEM DE MIDIA (FOTO OU VIDEO) DE UMA VISTORIA. FOTO = TOTALCHUNKS 1 (ITEM INTEIRO). HASHITEM = MD5 HEX (32 CARACTERES) DO ARQUIVO INTEIRO (FOTO: DA IMAGEM; VIDEO: DO ARQUIVO COMPLETO, REPETIDO EM TODO CHUNK), CONFERIDO NO SERVIDOR ANTES DE GRAVAR. RETORNA "1" (CHUNK ACEITO/ITEM CONFIRMADO SE ERA O ULTIMO), "0" (ERRO GENERICO) OU TEXTO DE ERRO ESPECIFICO.
